Barrels

Our products

We offer our barrels in several formats including standard export 225 liters & 228 liters, Château Ferré & Château Tradition, in addition to large format barrels.

After logs arrive onto our campus, we mill into rough staves for barrel production. They are then stacked in our open-air seasoning yard for a minimum of 24 months.

Once a minimum of 24 months has passed, our seasoned staves are brought back into the mill for final jointing. Staves are sorted by grain selection and overall quality while maintaining full traceability.

It is at this point, we introduce our proprietary TRH toasting method.
